What do you need to work at Pathways?

  • All positions require an associate’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related fields. Some also require a bachelor’s in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field.
  • Able to pass a BCI and FBI background check
  • Three professional references
  • Verification of college degree
  • Verification of licensure (if licensed)
  • Driver’s License
  • Vehicle Insurance

  • 11 holidays per year (prorated to start date, for staff working over 20 hours per week)
