What do you need to work at Pathways?
- All positions require an associate’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related fields. Some also require a bachelor’s in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field.
- Able to pass a BCI and FBI background check
- Three professional references
- Verification of college degree
- Verification of licensure (if licensed)
- Driver’s License
- Vehicle Insurance

- Some positions are work from home and offer day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Some positions are hybrid with some days in the office and some work from home
- 11 holidays per year (prorated to start date, for staff working over 20 hours per week)
